What options do we have for bicycle decals?

1. HRPT (Heat Resistant Pink Transfer)

Suitable paint systems / suitable for use on all kinds of paints, such as 
water paint, acrylic paint and PU paint.
Suitable for metallic paint systems / suitable prior to applying powder 
metallic paint or liquid metallic paint.
Features / 1. Applied with pure water / 2. Suitable for irregular 
shaped tube pipes, carbon fiber bike frames and anodized bike frames
Instructions
1.Spray paint the bike frame, but do not apply the metallic paint yet.
2.Clean the surface of the frame.
3.Remove the release paper protecting the trademark, immerse in water for 30-40 sec until 
the trademark is separated from the release paper.
4.Take out the decal and apply on the bike frame; remove excess water and air bubbles with 
a plastic scraper.
5.Using the plastic scraper, gently and completely remove all remaining water and air bubbles.
6.Clean with water and pre-bake at 60-80℃ for 15-20 min.
7.After cooling, remove the pink positioning film.
8.Spray metallic paint and bake for 25 min at a temperature between 60-130℃ 
(depending on the metallic paint system). Application of the metallic paint is not essential.

2. HRST (Heat Resistant Solvent Transfer)

Suitable paint systems / suitable for use on all kinds of paints, such as water 
paint, acrylic paint, PU paint and powder paint.
Suitable for metallic paint systems / suitable prior to applying powder metallic 
paint or liquid metallic paint.
Features / 1. Applied with water mixed with a solvent / 2. No residual thickness 
is produced after its application.
Instructions
1.Spray paint the bike frame, but do not apply the metallic paint yet.
2.Clean the surface of the frame.
3.Remove the release paper protecting the trademark, immerse in water for 5-10 
sec.
4.Take out the decal and apply on the bike frame; remove excess water and air 
bubbles with a plastic scraper.
5.Remove the backing paper of the trademark. Using the plastic scraper, gently 
and completely remove all remaining water and air bubbles.
6.Clean with water and pre-bake at 65-80℃ for 15-20 min.
7.Spray metallic paint and bake for 15-20 min at a temperature between 90-150℃ 
(depending on the metallic paint system).

process of applying the metallic paint and 
baking (matt or gloss surface paint).
2.Clean the surface of the frame.
3.Remove the release paper protecting the trademark, immerse in water for 30-40 sec until 
the trademark is separated from the release paper.
4.Take out the decal and apply on the bike frame; remove excess water and air bubbles with 
a plastic scraper.
5.Using the plastic scraper, gently and completely remove all remaining water and air bubbles.
6.Clean with water and for first baking, pre-bake at 60-80℃ for 15-20 min.
7.After cooling, remove the pink positioning film.
8.For second baking, bake for 25-45 min at 120-150℃ (adjust the baking time according to 
the temperature setting). Further application of metallic paint is not necessary.

HRCS-M

Suitable paint systems / suitable for use on all kinds of paints, such as water 
paint, acrylic paint and PU paint.
Suitable for metallic paint systems / suitable prior to applying powder metallic 
paint or liquid metallic paint.
Features / 1. Easy application. / 2. Trademark application and color masking in one 
step. / 3. Color masking spray can be applied immediately afterwards.
Instructions
1.Spray paint the bike frame, but do not apply the metallic paint yet.
2.Clean the surface of the frame.
3.Align the centerline to the center of the frame and apply, smooth flat along the 
two sides.
4.Remove the transfer film.
5.Spray on the second layer of color masking paint, bake for 15-20 min at a 
temperature between 120-130℃.
6.Remove the second layer transfer film while the frame is still warm.
7.Spray the metallic paint and bake for 15-20 min at a temperature of 150℃. 
Shelf life / 6 months

STC

Suitable paint systems / suitable for use on all kinds of paints, such as water paint, 
acrylic paint, PU paint and powder paint.
Suitable for metallic paint systems / suitable after applying 
powder metallic paint or liquid metallic paint.
Features / Trademark decal can be applied after the 
metallic paint is applied to the bike frame and baked.
Instructions
1.Spray paint the bike frame and complete the process 
of applying the metallic paint and baking.
2.Clean the surface of the frame.
3.Align the centerline to the center of 
the frame and apply, smooth flat along 
the two sides.
4.Remove the transfer film.
5.Finish.

SHRC
