New Project for Bicycle Cassettes Project is going on for almost 6 moths.
Supplier still has very difficult time to communicate with factories about their design.

There is a myth from customers who are capable of AUTO Cad drawing.
" Why I sent them this 3D Drawing but factories tells me to revise my design? "
With this question lies in two issues.

One is the designer didn't fully disclosure their design with maker.
Therefore in this case, customer wants us to make the freewheels lighter,
but we didn't know if we can CNC machining the inner side of bicycle cassette
to deduct the total weight.

Two is the design itself is impractical, which will lead to a ridiculous high cost.

Between this two reasons, they will have to help you change the design to make
your project more workable.

Still communication is always a key to a successful OEM case.

Hornestly to produce this saddle is quite a challenge. When clinet has so much expectations for the outcome. We have to make sure they got what they wants with resonable price.

Among all the bicycle parts OEM projects, there are many difficult ones. But this carbon bicycle saddle is definitely rated on top 10.

Just have to urgent production line to move on weekly to get this job done.
