The Pre-Production Inspection takes place when 10 to 20 percent of the total order quantity is produced to ensure that your product specifications and reference samples are well-understood by the factory. We can verify the production schedule and inspect the following:
• Raw materials.
• Partially completed goods.
• Random inspection of finished products
Proper packaging of products.
General appearance, workmanship, color, measurements, quantity, packaging/package details, and any compliances with directives
Advantages of Pre-Production Inspection:
Avoid any miscommunication.
Make sure your requirements are well understood.
Avoid usage of wrong material, wrong colors, etc.
Implement corrective actions if problems occur, as soon as possible.
Avoid unexpected costs & delays.
Keep pressure on your vendors’ shoulders, so shipments go out on time.
